>>> How can I do if I lose my Dashi eSIM QR Code?

QR codes can only be scanned once. If you have any issues, please contact our Dashi support Team at Email: support@dashimobile.com, WhatsApp:+1(209)7639374

>>> Does Dashi eSIM drain more battery?

The eSIM is not any different from a traditional SIM card when it comes to battery consumption. However, being connected to two networks uses more energy than one network and will result in slightly more battery usage.

>>> Is an eSIM secure?

Dashi eSIM has built-in VPN security that encrypts all data passing through the eSIM profile. In addition, the eSIM cannot be cloned like a physical SIM card.

>>> What should I do if my Dashi eSIM profile does not download?

If you are having difficulty downloading your eSIM, ensure that you are connected to the internet and try again. Please contact customer service if you continue to have trouble.

>>> Do I need a physical SIM card as well as an eSIM?

No, you don't need a physical SIM card in order to use an eSIM. However, some mobile devices do come with a physical SIM card slot as well as an eSIM. This means that you have the option to use either a physical SIM card or an eSIM.

>>> What makes an eSIM so secure?

Cellular network security standards are far greater than those of public Wi-Fi. Built-in VPNs encrypt data between your device and the network, making it impossible for hackers to eavesdrop.

>>> Is it possible to delete or cancel my Dashi eSIM profile?

Yes, you can delete or cancel your eSIM profile at any time. To do so, go to the Settings menu of your device and select the eSIM tab. From here, you will be able to manage your eSIM profiles.

However, doing so will remove all of the saved information associated with that profile, including your mobile number and any data plans you may have.

>>> Can I have multiple eSIMs?

Yes, you can have multiple eSIMs on your device. However, you will only be able to use one at a time.

>>> What information does the QR code contain?

All of the information needed to activate your eSIM is contained in the QR code. This includes the subscriber's identification number, i.e. PIN, PUK, phone number, and serial number.
